Mr. Tyrone Smith

Welcome Railblazer Family. My name is Tyrone Smith.  I am excited about the new school year (2022-2023).  Much progress has been made and we will continue in that progress.  I am one of the 8th grade math teachers.  My goal is to help students prepare for 9th grade math and beyond.  With help from parents, students, and all stakeholders, we will be successful.  If there are any questions, please feel free to email me: tyronesmith@johnston.k12.nc.us. I look forward to serving the needs of the students this year.   I am married with 3 children. I enjoy watching and playing basketball, reading articles, and playing video games with my children.  I am also currently the head baseball coach at Selma Middle.  I look forward to a great year.
