Hello, my name is Ms. Rodriguez.  I am excited to be part of Conexiones, Spanish Immersion program at Riverwood Middle.  I am originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. I moved to North Carolina with my family in 2011 and I love it.

I have a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Psychology.  My first experience working with a Spanish immersion program was at a Montessori school in the Raleigh area.  This experience showed me the value and benefits of a dual language program. I have also worked in the training & development and human resources fields.

In my free time, I enjoy music, movies & TV shows, sports, outdoor activities, the beach, and hanging out with my family and friends.
