Mrs. Meghan Pickerall
This will be my fourth year at Corinth Holders High School and I will be teaching Earth and Environmental Science. I previously taught middle school science at North Johnston Middle and Riverwood Middle. This will be my 10th year as a teacher for Johnston County Public Schools. I grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. I received a Bachelor's of Science in Middle Grades Education from East Carolina University. GO PIRATES! I currently reside in Wendell, NC with my husband and two sons. I enjoy going on adventures to new places, watching sports, and hanging out with my friends and family.

ACCESS testing for English Language Learners
North Carolina schools are required to administer ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 to all students identified as English Learners (ELs) in the spring of each year to determine their progress in learning English. Each student is tested in four areas: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. This assessment helps us monitor their English language development.

Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23
We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
