Mrs. Anita Pack, MA, CCC-SLP
I am so happy to be back at Cooper Academy this year! This is my 15th year at Cooper and my 18th year with JCPS. Prior to moving back to my home state of NC, I lived and worked in many other states. So this is actually my 42nd year working as a Speech Pathologist in the public schools. I have lasted this long because I love what I do and where I do it! Providing speech and langauge services in the schools is the otpimum setting for students. I can work closely with teachers to determine how to help students be the best communicators they can be in the classroom.
I recieved my Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Appalachian State University and my Masters of Science degree in Speech Pathology from Memphis State Universtiy. I am originally from the mountains of NC and enjoy trips to the area to visit family and enjoy the beauty of the scenery. I raised 3 sons and enjoy time with my two grandchildren, husband, and our American Staffordshire rescue dog, Sable. I look forward to seeing my returning students and meeting the families through out the school year!
