Howdy Phabulous Phantoms! 

Welcome to BMS Health and Physical Education class. I am thrilled to offer each student a customized experience that will involve baseline fitness assessments and performance training aspects that will improve students physical fitness ability. All students will experience various health topics that will ensure each students mental, emotional and physical health is reached to its full potential. I look forward to all the years successful activities to come.
