Mrs. Wendy Brown
Welcome to 5th Grade!
Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! I will be your child’s ELA and Social Studies teacher. This is my 19th year of teaching and I grow to love it more each year! I love teaching for many reasons, but most of all I love learning and watching my students learn and grow!
It is an honor and a privilege to have been given the opportunity to partner with you in this exciting year of learning and growing! I look forward to a wonderful year and always welcome questions or concerns.

I'm so excited to have Senior Lauren Trader from NC State join us this year to complete her student teaching. Ms. Trader is eager to learn and work in the classroom and get to know our students. Welcome Ms. Trader!
