Mr. Nick Rotenberry
Hey everyone! My name is Mr. Rotenberry and I am excited to be entering into my fourth year here at Polenta. This year, I am excited about coming back to 4th grade! I have taught 4th grade for two years and 2nd grade for one year. I have been awarded the Leading with Heart award and certified teacher of the month for Johnston County. I am a graduate of UNC - Chapel Hill (Go Heels!) and I was a Camp Director prior to becoming a teacher. I enjoy reading, playing sports, and a good cup of coffee! I help coach Battle of the Books, lead our school's First Priority club, and coach a local youth wrestling club. I am passionate about partnering with parents in order to help students love learning. I'm looking forward to an awesome school year!
