Mrs. Hayward

I am so excited to finish my first year as part of the Riverwood family, this year.  I have had a lot of experience teaching third grade and working as a reading interventionist.  I will get to continue in both of those as I continue to teach third grade English and Language Arts.  My husband, three children, and I moved to Clayton a year ago and are enjoying getting to know the people and the area.  We are so thankful for the opportunity to be part of this community. I hope you have a wonderful summer and look forward to a wonderful year full of love, laughter, and a whole lot of learning, in the 2020-2021 school year!

Enjoy your summer!

  • A Commitment to Solidarity, Peace, and Acceptance

Johnston County Public Schools is in the business of providing a holistic educational experience that affirms and prepares our students for successful lives by teaching not only academic disciplines but how to treat one another. We are aware of recent social media posts and other unacceptable actions that have brought attention to racial and political insensitivity, which this school district does not condone.
