Miss Barbour

Hi! My name is Taylor Barbour and I am a third grade science and social studies teacher here at Riverwood Elementary. I am excited for this school year and can’t wait to meet my new third graders. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from ECU. This summer, I completed my Masters degree in Teacher Leadership from ECU. I was born and raised in Clayton and I am so happy to be back in my hometown. Prior to moving back to Clayton, I taught 4th grade in Greenville, North Carolina. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside or at the lake with my fur baby, Willow. I am looking forward to a great school year ahead!
