Mr. Matthew Pavlovich

I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu of Atlanta, in 2011 where I worked at several restaurants and major events.  My traning and background, has allowed me to create a variety of meals and desserts, that showcases my passion for the industry.  With the experience that I have, it serves as a vital resource, in the classroom, for the students. As I go over the course material, I am able to give real-world knowledge and experience,in explaining certain topics, in more detailed.

I am from Pembroke,NC, where I graduated from Purnell Swett in 2001 and taught there for almost 3 years, until I started teaching here at SSS.  My main goal as a educator and Chef,is to educate on the subject of foods, and learn how to create great tasting food as well.

Food is my passion, and getting students to see that they can be succesful, is my goal here at SSS.
