Welcome! My name is Janice Window. I was born in raised in New York City. I worked for several years in the publishing industry before deciding to persue my masters in education. I graduated from the University at Albany in upstate New York in 2009. From 2009-2011, I lived and taught in London, United Kingdom where I met my husband Dean. At the end of 2011 we moved back to North Carolina to be close to my family. In August 2013, my son Joel was born at 31 weeks. He is my pride and joy and my hero as he faces every day with a smile.
I've worked as an exceptional childrens teacher in Johnston County since February 2012 and have been with Corinth Holders Elementary since August 2013.
This wasn't the ending we all had in mind for this school year but I am so proud of all the work you accomplished this year! I wish my rising 6th graders the best of luck in middle school. To my rising 4th and 5th graders, I will see you when school resumes in August. I hope you all have a fantastic summer!
