Mrs. Towles

Hello! Thanks for stopping by my class webpage! My name is Meg Towles. I recently got married over the summer so some of you may know me as Miss. Rucci (: A little more about me... I graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S in Elementary Education (k-6) with a concentration in Reading (k-12). Although I went to school in Greenville, I call Johnston County my home. I attended many of the schools in the area and am blessed to be able to teach in my hometown. My husband and I enjoy wake surfing at Lake Gaston most weekends as well as hanging out with our spunky cat Oliver.

My approach to teaching and learning is that motivation is key. Getting to know my students and what interests them is something that I pride myself on. I know that every student is capable of growth and I am there to motivate, encourage and facilitate their thinking along the way. This will be my second year in Fourth grade at Dixon Road and I truly love it! I can't wait to meet all of my new students in August!

My Favorites:

1. My students!

2. Target

2. Coffee

3. Cats!

4. Lake Gaston

I can be best reached through Dojo and email.
