Mrs. Monica Foye
Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Monica Foye and this is my first year teaching kindergarten here at Selma Elementary. Last school year I was an EC Resource Teacher for grades K-1. I am passionate about teaching and sharing my love for learning with your child.
First off, I graduated from the University of Mount Olive with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am from Selma, North Carolina, and I currently live in Clayton, North Carolina with my husband and our 17 year old son. I also have two other children a daughter age 27 and a son 24. Also I am a proud Nana of 4 wonderful grandchildren ages 7,7,5,and 3.
I am very excited to countinue my journey as your child's teacher! Please do not hesitate to contact me throughout the school year with questions or concerns that may arise.
