Welcome to Preschool!  We are so excited to have you in our class this year!  This is my second year here at West Smithfield Elementary and I am so happy to be here.  I have been teaching for 20 years and 17 of them have been in preschool. We learn through play and hands on experiences in preschool. We are looking forward to building our classroom community.    Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Hello my name is Jasmine Williams, I am the intructional assistant in our Preschool Classroom. This is my 7th year here at West Smithfield Elementary School.  I currently have an associate degree in Early Education and I working to get my Bachelors degree in Education. I love working with children and their families and I look forward to a wonderful school year.

    The Johnston County Education Foundation has changed its grant process from a three cycle a year process, to a once a year process. The grant deadline will now be November 15th each year and Grant Patrol will be held on the first Wednesday of December.
