Greetings, and Welcome to Riverwood Middle School!
I am Mrs. Adriane P. Walker, and I am a Sixth Grade Science Educator. This is my twenty-first year in education, with experience teaching grades Two through Six. I am married to Coach William Walker, Sr., Strength and Conditioning Facilitator and Coach at Clayton High School, and together we share three children: JR, a graduating student-athlete at Virginia Tech; Jirah, a Junior at Elizabeth City State University; and CJ, a Fifth Grader at Cooper Academy.
I am excited about growing, learning, and SOARING with our new Ravens entering the Nest! We are RACING TOWARDS EXCELLENCE TOGETHER!

Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23
We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
