Hello! I am Mrs. Hernández. I am a foreign languages teacher from Barranquilla, Colombia. I have been part of the Selma Middle family for five years now and I am #SelmaProud! As a teacher, my main goal is to motivate students to do their best and extend their own personal limits, as well as to encourage them to explore new and interesting learning possibilities. I am sure that we are going to have a great time in class. See you soon!

  • Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

    We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and  meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
