Ms. Kimberley Ramsey

Welcome to 2nd grade, my favorite grade!! I grew up in Roslyn, Pennsylvania, which is a Philadelphia suburb. I attended North Carolina A&T State University
(Greensboro, NC) and Cabrini College (Radnor, PA). I began my teaching career in the Philadelphia School District where I taught 4th grade for one year and 2nd grade for 5 years. I  returned to North Carolina where I taught  2nd grade for Wake County. After having my two children, a daughter and a son, I returned to teaching at Wake Christian Academy where I taught 2nd grade. My career took me back to Wake County. I am happy to say that hopefully my final stop is here at West Smithfield Elementary School where I am enjoying teaching 2nd grade. I love teaching because children are our future and I am proud to know that I have a hand in shaping our future. I have 3 dogs that I love entertaining and I enjoy walking with my daughter. I am looking forward to this school year and meeting my new students. WELCOME to an awesome year!!!
