Ms. Alissa Fritz

I'm new to Selma Elementary and I am so excited to be your child's first grade teacher! My goal is to make learning fun and engaing for every child.  I have a BA in Elementary Education from UNCW and this is my fifth year teaching.

I love that Selma is a dual language school because that means your child will be taught in English and in Spanish.  We will switch classes every day at 11:15 and your child will go to Mrs. Hernandez's class for instruction in Spanish.  Two languages means twice the fun!

Let's make this school year great!

  • I hope everyone has a great summer!
