Cristal Atkinson
Welcome!
My name is Cristal Atkinson. I am a native of the Benson community. I am so excited about teaching kindergarten again this year! I have worked in Johnston County Public schools for 13 years as of this year. I have served as a substitute teacher, teacher's assistant, and a bus driver.
I am married to my high school sweetheart. We have four wonderful children and one grandson. I am very family oriented and love spending time with my family.
Education is especially important, and I am so proud to be a part of helping children learn new and exciting things. I love coming up with creative and fun ways to teach. I am excited about working with parents, students, guardians, grandparents, and other staff members to make this a successful academic school year here at BES for our students.
I enjoy spending time at the beach with my family. I love scented candles and reading a good inspirational novel.
Welcome to Kindergarten! We are going to have an exciting and successful school year!
