Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education License in Birth thru Kindergarten Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Special Education.
William "Tony" Jones
Our new school year has begun! And we would like to say, "Welcome to the Jungle." We have an exciting year planned for the children and for the parents. I am originally from Smithfield, NC but moved away after high school. I traveled around, lived in a few places, but eventually I came back home to be closer to family. This is my 2nd year teaching at Powhatan Elementary School and my 15th year working with children. I graduated from The University of Mount Olive with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with a birth thru Kindergarten license. I just finished my Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Special Education. I would like everyone to remember that our door is always open and we welcome all parents to join us in class whenever possible!
