This is my 19th year in the classroom! I teach Language Arts. I firmly believe that J.K. Rowling said it best, "if you don't like to read, you haven't found the right book." My students are exposed to a variety of texts. My teaching philosophy embraces Multiple Intelligences! Each human has gifts and talents, each student is capable of success, and it is my joy and honor to help them realize those strengths. Relationships are everything to me. I want my students to eagerly anticipate the next class, by including just enough magic and enthusiasm each day! 

I know that we will have many challenges this year due to our circumstances. We will work together to overcome those challenges. We will all grow as learners,and if we remain optimistic we will thrive and succeed! That's what humanity does. I will be patient and here for you as we move forward.
