Susan Kelley

My name is Susan Kelley.  I’m very excited about starting the new school year!  This will be my fifth year teaching kindergarten at West Clayton.  This will be my 13th year teaching.  I previously taught first grade for eight years.

I’m originally from RI and moved to NC in 1993.  I’ve been married to my husband Paul for 29 years and have two beautiful daughters.  Sydney is a junior at ECU and Layla is in 7th grade.

My favorite color is purple.  I love Mickey Mouse!  My favorite places to visit are Disney World and Sanibel Island, Florida.  I love the beach and collecting shells!

I’m dedicated to making this a happy and exciting school year for your child filled with many wonderful learning experiences.  I’m looking forward to the learning journey we are about to take together.
