Bachelor's Degree in Music Education

Mrs. Brandi Gray

Welcome to Music Class! My name is Mrs. Gray and I am so excited about starting my 17th year teaching both choral and general music. I am originally from Concord, NC which is right outside the Charlotte area. I graduated from Pfeiffer University with my bachelors degree in music education and shortly after married my sweet husband, Brandon. We have one son, Aiden and a labrador retriever named Max. Before coming to GKE, I taught chorus and general music in Cabarrus County schools for 13 years, served on the curriculum writing team for K-5 music and represented the county at NCDPI is assessing the effectiveness of ASW testing for music. I have also worked with adult choirs for the past 16 years. In my spare time, I enjoy water skiing and snow skiing and Panthers football. Go Panthers! I can't wait to connect and share music with each our our GKE students this year.
