Mr. Todd Moskauski
Greetings, Raven Nation!!!!!!!! My name is Todd Moskauski, sixth grade math teacher at RMS. I am originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. My wife and I moved to North Carolina in 2005. We currently live in Clayton, NC with our daughters Jordanna (10) and Presley (7), and our dog Jezebelle.
I graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia in 2005. While in Philadelphia, I had experience teaching various grades ranging from elementary through middle school. I began my NC teaching career in Durham Public Schools as a 4th grade teacher at Southwest Elementary School. I then moved on to Wake County Public Schools, teaching 5th grade at Douglas Creative Arts & Science Magnet Elementary School and 6th grade math at West Millbrook Middle School. This will be my third year at Riverwood Middle School. My wife is also a teacher. She teaches right across the parking lot at Riverwood Elementary.
I am an avid sports fan, especially of the Phillies, Sixers, Flyers, and the "Super Bowl LII Champion" Philadelphia Eagles. As a sports fan, I try to incorporate sports and healthy competition into classroom activities as much as possible. My students have always been excited when the Eagles win on Sunday or Monday because they know that a win equates to no homework the following night!
I am extremely excited about the upcoming academic year! I appreciate the trust that you have in me in allowing me to help teach, guide, and develop your child. The old saying goes, "If you truly love what you do for a living, then you never work a day in your life." I am still waiting for my first day of "work"!
Go Ravens!!!...and EAGLES!!!!!
