Mr. Bono

Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!

I'm Mr. Bono, this is my third year teaching at Cleveland High School.  Previously I taught science at Triton High School in Harnett County.  I am a veteran of the United States Navy, where I served as a Hospital Corpsman.  Following my service in the Navy, I took a long road working my way through college until I graduated, and earned my teaching license here in North Carolina.  I have a wonderful wife, and together we have four children, all high school aged or older.

I look forward to working with all of my students this year to help them succeed, and meet their goals.  This year I am teaching Physical Science.  I am privileged to work mostly with our 9th grade students, who are just beginning their high school careers.  I hope to help you get off to a good start, and on the path to academic success.  I also look forward to helping my upperclassmen achieve their goals, I know some are so close to graduation that they can taste it.  I am here to help all of my students in any way that I can.

Let's have a fantastic year!
