Welcome to SCMS! My name is Danielle Ferrell and I am so excited that you are in my class and ready to learn! I grew up in Clayton and I graduated from Clayton High School in 2007.  After graduating high school, I attended UNCG and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Education. I have taught elementary and middle school. This year I am thrilled to be your 6th grade science teacher here at Swift Creek Middle. I am a licensed foster parent and real estate broker.  When I'm not teaching, you can usually find me at Starbucks working on real estate things, or at the park with my foster kids and dog, Carter.

  • Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

    We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and  meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
