• New for the 2019-2020 School Year:

    Johnston County Schools and the Public Library of Johnston County and Smithfield have partnered to provide students with books and other resources available through the public library. Students are automatically enrolled in StudentAccess membership. If you do not wish to participate, please fill out the Parent Opt-Out form (Click Here)   and return it to the school by Friday, September 13th.

    To login, use your powerschool ID number for your username and the last four digits for your password or pin number. Membership includes access to electronic resources, NC Live resources and databases, and up to 10 print or audiobook resources from public libraries located in Smithfield, Kenly, Benson, Four Oaks, Princeton, and Selma.     Book Club

    The Book Club is an amazing and dedicated group of students who enjoy reading, sharing books, and participating in activities to promote literacy in our school and community. The club offers group meetings and activities, field trips, book discussion groups, and a Battle of the Books competition team.

    Follett Destiny is the name of our online catalog. By entering your topic or book title in the search screen below, you can see books, e-books, and websites that are available through the CHS online catalog. To use the classic catalog version, click here and choose Clayton High. To access e-books or monitor your checkouts, login using your student desktop username and password (do not include @jcsnc.org).
