Greetings! I am Mary Nesbit, and this is my 2nd year at Selma Middle School! I teach Social Studies for the 8th grade. I graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Middle Grades Education concentrating in Social Studies and English Language Arts with a minor in Sociology. I grew up in Belmont North Carolina outside of Charlotte and have always loved teaching in our great state.

  • New deadline in JCEF grant process

    The Johnston County Education Foundation has changed its grant process from a three cycle a year process, to a once a year process. The grant deadline will now be November 15th each year and Grant Patrol will be held on the first Wednesday of December.
