Hi My name is Pamela Gaskins. I am a graduate of University of Mount Olive, Go Torjans!!! This is my first year teaching and I'm enjoying every minute of it!! I was a Teacher Assistant for eight years in the elementary and middle school. I am so glad to be back in the elementary setting, where it all started with me!! I am married to a wonderful husband Anthony,and have three children together. I am so glad to have your child in my class this year. I look forward to a fanstatic 2018-2019 school year. At this time, all traditional high school graduations are still planned for May 29. Graduation ceremonies for Johnston County Early College Academy and Johnston County Career and Technical Leadership Academy will now take place on May 16th, rather than the original date of May 15th.
The Johnston County Board of Education will hold a budget work session on Tuesday, April 27. The meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. and be held in the Evander Simpson Building in Smithfield.
