Jennifer Corbett

Welcome to Chemistry!  My name is Jennifer Corbett and this is my 13th year of teaching.  I am graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.A. in Chemistry and an M.A.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction.  This year, I will be teaching AP Chemistry and Honors Chemistry.  We will utilize Google Classroom for our class updates and assignments.  Students will be given a code the first day of class.  I am looking forward to a great year!

  • Update due to School Closures:
I am continuing to update my Google Classroom for students and they should check there for all updates and announcements from me.  I am listing some supplemental learning opportunities for students during these two weeks off from school.

AP Chemistry students should check here for a list of activities to help further their learning.  These are encouraged but not required.  This list was posted to Google Classroom on March 16th.  Update for AP:  Check Google Classroom because we can continue with class on Monday, March 23rd.  New assignments and grades can be given for AP Classes.

Honors Chemistry students:  Here is a list of supplemental/optional activities to help further your knowledge base of chemistry.    No grades will be taken during these two weeks for Honors Chemistry.
