Elizabeth Adams
I moved to Johnston County in 2006 from Miami Beach, Florida. I live in Clayton with my children and our pets: we have three dogs, two rabbits, and a cat. In my free time I enjoy gardening, kayaking, photography, and reading. Some of my favorite authors are Stephen King, Tami Hoag, and Carl Hiaasen.
I have been a Johnston County educator since 2013. I studied at Nova Southeastern University in Florida where I earned a B.S. in Child Development, then attended East Carolina University to complete the NC Teacher Certification Program. I am certified to teach elementary education/K-6, middle school ELA, and high school English.
I love teaching, and I really enjoy getting to know my students. I am so excited to be an Eagle, and I am honored to be your learning facilitator this year; together we can accomplish great things!
I am looking forward to an exciting new school year!
