Mrs. Heather Boyette
Hello! I'm Mrs. Boyette! Thank you for visiting my page.
A little bit about myself: I grew up in the Smithfield-Selma area, graduating from SSS. I now live in the Kenly community, where my husband grew up. We have 2 sons who attended GKE and are now 23 and 26 years old. We also have a dog, a cat, 20 chickens, and our oldest son has 2 horses.
I have been teaching for 16 years, and am starting in year 6 with GKE. I've taught first grade, third grade, and technology at other schools in addition to fourth grade at GKE. I am a career changer, getting my original degree in Business Administration from Barton College, then going back to Barton several years later to get my Elementary Education licensure.
