Mrs. Heather Boyette

I am a Johnston County native, graduating from Smithfield-Selma HS.  I attended Barton College and received a degree in Business Administration.  After 14 years in the business world I returned to Barton to receive my Elementary Education licensure.  I have taught for the past 12 years at Corinth-Holders Elementary (1st grade, technology), West Clayton Elementary (technology, 1st grade) and 3rd grade in Wilson County.  This will be my third year teaching 4th grade at GKE.

I live in the Kenly area where my husband, Sam, grew up.  We have 2 sons who both attended GKE.  Our family also includes a dog, a cat, 12 chickens and 2 horses.
