Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Donna DuPraw

Welcome to the new school year!

I am so excited for this school year! I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Florida Gulf Coast University. Throughout my years of teaching, I have taught grades PreK-3rd.  I have earned an ELL endorsement and Gifted certification during my career.  I have been on our school's safety committee. This year, I will be a member of SIT. I enjoy finding new and creative activities to bring into the classroom to make learning fun and engaging.  I look forward to getting to know your child this year as we grow and learn together! This is going to be an exciting year!

Get to know Mrs. DuPraw:

I am originally from New Jersey.  My family (husband Ryan, daughters Savannah and Hayley, and our 2 pugs, Gizmo and Rudy) relocated to Johnston County during the summer of 2017. We recently added an addition to our family, Tank the pug. I have been teaching for over 17 years.  My favorite things are the color purple, going to the beach, being outdoors, math, a good book, doing science experiments, football, and ice hockey. Some of my favorite goodies are plain M&M's, Flipz, pineapple, watermelon, water, and Starbuck's caramel iced coffee.

My favorite classroom supplies are scented markers, stickers, clipboards, dominoes, playdough, colored copy paper, and playing cards.

Wish List

We tend to run low or out of some items with all our fun so I am always in need of thick cardstock, copy paper, construction paper,  dry erase markers, and office supplies (laminating sheets, staples, paper clips, post-it notes).
