What is the Peer Tutoring Program?
Peer tutors are students at Cleveland who have achieved academic success. The tutors are volunteers and can use the time they spend tutoring other students to fulfill service hours for NHS, college applications, scholarships, etc.
Parents, teachers, and the student themselves can request tutoring. Referrals are received for specific subjects, organizational support, and test prep. Study groups take place in the library during power lunch. Participation in this program is voluntary and the privilege can be removed if either party is not fulfilling the agreement (not showing up at the agreed time, etc.)
