Mrs. Alvetta Rolle
My name is Alvetta Rolle and I teach Honors English I and II at here at Johnston County Early College Academy!
I have been in the education field substitute teaching and tutoring for over five years; however, this will be my third year in the classroom. I obtained my Bachelor's in Organizational Communication at Kaplan University, my Master's of Art in Education from Grand Canyon University, and am currently pursuing my Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership. I firmly believe in educating the whole child and connecting the English content to everyday life.
I am a current resident of Smithfield, where I live with my husband and my two youngest children. When I am not at school I enjoy writing and performing poetry, spending time with my family and traveling.
