2019-2020  Football Tryout Information

I am very excited for tryouts for the upcoming year! Please read the following information. There are links to details about tryouts, physical forms, and concussion forms to download and view.

Tryout Days:

-Monday, August 19 – 6:00-8:00 

-Tuesday, August 20 – 6:00 to 8:00 

-Wednesday, August 21 – 6:00 to 8:00

-Thursday, August 22 – 6:00 to 8:00

-Friday, August 23 – 6:00 to 8:00

Parents are to stay outside of the fenced area during tryouts

Please have all rides ready by 8:00 PM

Equipment Requirements

Must have the following items by day one of tryouts to participate:(They can be turned into the office early)

1. Updated Physical 

2. Concussion Form

3. Copy of 4^th nine weeks report card

Please let Mr. Clark know in advance if you are unable to attend any tryout dates.
