Welcome Back!! Although the beginning of this school year is going to look and be and little different than any school start we have experienced, I am still excited to welcome you back virtually and in person. We face challenges together and we will conquer these challenges together! I look forward to working with you this year to make it the best year it can be!

I graduated from South Johnston High School in 1993.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Meredith College.
I am also certified to teach grades 6-12 Science.
I have a Masters of Education in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama.
My family consists of my husband, my daughter (Madison), a doxie name Ruger and a blue heeler/lab named Samantha (Sam).
Before I entered the education field, I worked in a lab for a few years.
My favorite college team is Duke!
It is my life long goal to retire in the mountains one day!
