We have posted the calendar for workouts in the documents tab on the baseball webpage. In order to participate in workouts, we will need the following from each player that plans to attend:
1. We need new concussion paperwork from everyone.
2. We need a copy of a current physical

Tuesday, November 19 - Workouts in Weight Room
Wednesday, November 20 - Workouts in Weight Room
Thursday, November 21 - Workouts in Weight Room

Please come to workouts on the field dressed in baseball attire (pants, belt, hat, cleats).
Please come to workouts dressed in shorts, tshirt, and tennis shoes. Make sure you have been drinking water and are hydrated!
