• We have posted the calendar for workouts in the documents tab on the baseball webpage.  In order to participate in workouts, we will need the following from each player that plans to attend:

                                               1. We need new concussion paperwork from everyone

                                               2. We need a copy of a current physical

    Monday, July 22 - Workouts; Older Group @4pm, Younger Group @5pm

    Tuesday, July 23 - OFF

    Wednesday, July 24 - Workouts; Older Group @4pm, Younger Group @5pm

    Thursday, July 25 - Workouts; Older Group @4pm, Younger Group @5pm

    Friday, July 26 -  OFF 

     

    Please come to workouts dressed in shorts, tshirt, and tennis shoes. Make sure you have been drinking water and are hydrated!
