Mrs. Jennifer Bowles
My name is Jennifer Bowles, I started working at Riverwood Elementary February 2017. I have been in the teaching profession for 11 years. I have been in several different positions over the course of those years. I have worked in resource classrooms, an AUII Self-Contained classroom, and Cross Categorical and Resource classrooms within the Wake County and Johnston County school systems. I spent three years teaching Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports to Early Childhood and Preschool Teachers, as well as parent workshops while we lived in Iowa.
My husband, Marcus and I have been married for 11 ½ years also. We have four amazing children; Briella is 11 going into the 6th grade, Braylen is 8 going into 3rd grade, Brantlee is 4 years old and our baby, Brighton, is 1 year old. We stay very busy, as you can imagine! My family enjoys sports, being outside, and spending time with our family and friends.
I hope you have a wonderful 2019-2020 school year!
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!

JCPS high schools will host “modified” traditional graduation ceremonies between Wednesday, July 29, 2020 - Saturday, August 1, 2020. Schools will communicate about specific graduation dates and ceremony times as we get closer to see what restrictions may limit our attendance participation.
