Welcome to my website! I am a chemistry teacher for Clayton High School. Our school implements a project based learning (PBL) and competency based style where our students learn through hands on activities, inquisitive thinking, and application based projects.
I have always had a love and curiosity for the sciences. I graduated from UNC Pembroke with a pre-medical degree in chemistry and worked in the research field for 4 years prior to education. My goal is to inspire those who once were science "haters" to think broadly and strive to never stop asking questions.
