• Students who are enrolled in Johnston County's AIG program are required to take at least 2 Honors or Advanced Placement classes each year to maintain their enrollment in the AIG program.

    In order to be eligible to take an Honors or AP class, students must have earned at least a non-weighted B in the prerequisite class.  All students need to be diligent in pursuing their academic goals.

    Student Opportunity - Membership in the National Society for the Gifted & Talented™ (NSGT) is open to high ability learners who seek exciting learning opportunities, search for challenging ways to develop talents, and hope to interact with creative and talented peers like themselves.

    Scholarships are available to student members for enrichment programs in which the student would like to participate.
