Mrs. Barefoot

Hello! My name is Nicole Barefoot.  This will be my 3rd year of teaching, as well as my 3rd year in kindergarten.  I am 27 years old, married to Hunter Barefoot with a son named Noah (almost 2 years old). Currently I live in Meadow, which is where I grew up as a child.  I graduated high school from South Johnston in 2010.  From there I went to JCC and transferred to East Carolina University where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.  I completed my student teaching at Four Oaks Elementary School  in Kindergarten in the fall of 2016.

As a teacher, I believe in building a strong relationship with each and every one of my students.  Not only will your child will know that I care about them, they will know that I love them!  I believe in doing what is best for your child, even when it means making hard choices.  I promise that I will work as hard as I can for your child so he or she can grow as a learner, as well as a person.

My philosophy to live by is to treat others as the way you wish to be treated.
