Hello Dolpin Families,

I am so excited to serve as your principal.    South Smithfield is a true community school, and I look forward to getting to know all of our students, their families, and the wonderful people in our community.   

I began my career with Johnston County Public Schools as a first grade teacher at McGee's Crossroads Elementary.  When Dixon Road Elementary opened, I was excited to teach there in the roles of a first and second grade teacher and a literacy coach.  After moving into administration, I served as the Assistant Principal and then Principal at Polenta Elementary.    I also served as an Operations Director for the district and was the Principal at Clayton Middle School.   

Most of my career has been at the elementary level, and I am so excited to be at South Smithfield Elementary.    I look forward to supporting your student and your family in any way I can.
