    Going Green Team is comprised of approximately 20 - 25 third through fifth grade students that show an interest in recycling and taking care of our earth and environment. We accept applications at the beginning of the school year.

    The students collect recyclable paper, bottles, and cans from classrooms and other areas throughout our school each Wednesday.

    Each Thursday you can listen to the GGT Recycle Tip of the Day on our morning broadcast presented by some of our Green Team members.

     

    We have approximately 6-8 bags each week of recycle paper that need to be taken to the recycle center on Barber Mill Road (or any recycle center), and we are in need of a few volunteers to take the recycling each week.  If you are willing to pick up a bag or two we would greatly appreciate it.
