Welcome to my classroom website- I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with you this semester! This webpage includes several resourcess that you will find useful throughout the semester including: class codes for Google Classroom, my class schedule, and upcoming events. You will recieve a code for my class Remind 101 during the first week of classes. I look forward to a successful semester!

 

About Mrs. Madsen 

I am a Johnston county native, graduating from Princeton High School before persuing my Bachelor's in Secondary Education- History from East Carolina University. Upon graduation, I taught in Wayne County before relocating to Onslow County and then finally making my way back home to teach here at SSS. This will be my fourth year at SSS and I am proud to call myself a Spartan!

    The Johnston County Board of Education approved the 2023-2024 Traditional Staff and Student Calendars at their March Board of Education meeting.

  • Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

    We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and  meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
