Mr. Derek M. Mellott

Greetings! Thanks for visiting my web page here at SSS High School. I taught English here at SSS for three years. Now I have moved to use my talents in the media center as a media specialist. I have been worked for Johnston County Public Schools since 2005. I have taught middle and high school, English Language Arts, Social Studies, AVID, and Global Technology (a course I designed myself based on my years as a web designer and developer).

If you have any questions or would like to contact me, my e-mail is derekmellott@johnston.k12.nc.us.

Have a great day!

  • I am in the media center at SSS. Come in and browse and check out a book. Reading can change your life!
