B.A. Social Studies Education - Malone University 1999

Mr. Christopher Bradshaw

Hello and welcome to American History class. I look forward to working with each of my students as we study the history of our nation. My primary aim as a social studies teacher is to help my students understand how the past has shaped our present, and how that understanding can help them to shape the future.

Some of my background is that I grew up in Northeast Ohio and graduated from Uniontown Lake High School in 1994. I then went on to Malone University in Canton, OH where I ran Cross Country and earned a B.A. in Social Studies Education in 1999. I spent several years working in Ohio before moving to North Carolina in 2004. I worked as a 6th-8th grade Social Studies teacher at Warsaw Middle School in Duplin County from 2004 to 2006 and coached soccer, baseball, and track prior to my current posting here at SSS. This year will be my 18th of teaching (my 16th here at SSS) and I am proud to be a Spartan. In addition to my teaching duties, I also serve as the Cross-Country Coach, and Rho Kappa advisor.
