Mrs. Linda Stanford

WELCOME TO THE 2019-20 SCHOOL YEAR!

I am a 7th grade Social Studies teacher here at Smithfield Middle School and this will be my 18th year teaching at SmMS! My husband and I live in Apex with our two English Springer Spaniel dogs, Madison and Jackson. We have lived in NC since 2001. I’m originally from Georgia but we have lived in several different places around the United States including Wisconsin, Minnesota, Vermont and California. However, North Carolina was where we chose to settle down and to make it our home. I love teaching Social Studies and I love being a part of the SmMS Knights family!
