Mrs. Joy Williamson

My name is Joy Williamson. I have been teaching science for over 10 years, most of which have been at West Johnston High School. I am a native to Johnston County. I attended South Johnston High School, the only high school in this area at the time. After high school, I attended Campbell University where I met my husband, Josh. We have 3 amazing children who enjoying activities such as softball, fishing, and baseball. When I am not working or attending events for my children, I love to spend time at the coast. I am a true believer in “salt and sand therapy.”

  • Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

    We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and  meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
