Dr. Ben Williams
Ben Williams is a native of Pine Level and a 1993 graduate of North Johnston High School. Dr. Williams graduated in 1999 from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Sociology and in 2010 with a Masters in School Administration, again from North Carolina State University. In 2017 he received a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Dr. Williams is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Army Reserves.
Dr. Williams began his teaching career as a Social Studies teacher in 1999 at Jordan High School in Durham, NC. He returned to Johnston County in 2000 and served as a teacher and coach at North Johnston High School from 2000-2010. Mr. Williams continued to serve Johnston County Public Schools as an Assistant Principal at Riverwood Middle School from 2010-2012 and Corinth Holders High School from 2012-2014. He then served as principal at River Dell Elementary from 2014-2016, and principal at Archer Lodge Middle School from 2016-2017.
Dr. Williams is married to the former Brandy Toole, a 1996 graduate of North Johnston High School and kindergarten teacher at Selma Elementary school. They have four children. He enjoys family activities and serving in the church and community.

Ms. Michelle Swartz
Michelle Swartz currently lives in Clayton, NC. She graduated from Pine Forest Senior High School in Fayetteville, NC in 1990. She then attended East Carolina University and received a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 1994. In 2010, she received a Masters in School Administration from Campbell University.

Mr. Eric Waters
Eric Waters comes to NJHS by the way of Goldsboro, NC. He is a graduate of Eastern Wayne High School. After being drafted by the Cleveland Indians, he attended Norfolk State University in Virginia on a baseball scholarship. He graduated in 1997 with a B.S. in Exercise Science.
